AAAI-D operates as a nonprofit organization with the mission of advancing education, research, and responsible innovation in dental artificial intelligence. Membership dues and payments support these activities and help fund public-benefit programs.
Refund Terms
All membership fees, donations, and payments made to AAAI-D are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of nonprofit operations—and because membership benefits, digital resources, and organizational access begin immediately upon enrollment—AAAI-D does not issue refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Limited use of membership benefits
- Changes in personal or professional circumstances
- Dissatisfaction with membership offerings
If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact us promptly so we can review the situation, but refunds should not be expected.
