The American Academy of Artificial Intelligence in Dentistry (AAAI-D) is a nonprofit educational organization dedicated to helping dental professionals, educators, researchers, and industry partners use AI ethically, effectively, and transparently — always for the benefit of patients and the public.

Our Purpose
AAAI-D exists to ensure that new technologies in dentistry serve the public interest through education, evidence, and ethics.
We pursue this purpose by:
- Facilitating, supporting, or delivering continuing education programs that prepare dental professionals to evaluate, integrate, and apply AI responsibly in clinical care.
- Providing educational resources for students, residents, and faculty in academic settings.
- Supporting and disseminating research that responsibly build AI technologies, including independent validation and strengthens professional and public trust.
